Care, shipping and returns

Care

All our jewellery is made by hand so there may be some irregularities.Please do not expose them to any cosmetics or chemicals, and keep them away from other objects to prevent scratches. It is best to store them in the box provided when not in use. To clean, soak the jewellery in warm soap water for a few minutes and then use a soft bristled toothbrush to lightly scrub it.  

Shipping

Shipping only in India. Items will be shipped within 3 days of placing the order and will reach within a week of placing the order. There is a flat rate of INR 3,000/- for shipping.

Returns

All sales are final unless it arrives with a functional defect. In case of any defect, you can reach out to me at amanpoddar8@gmail.com with a description and photos of the defect and I will cover the cost of return shipping, fix the item and send it back to you.
